Good quality, delivery needs work
I ordered a set of the artisanal mugs and a scented candle from La Gent for my new apartment. The products themselves are really nice, exactly as pictured on the website and feel substantial. The candle smells great and the mugs have a nice weight. Shipping was okay, took about 6 days to get to me in Boston, which felt a little long for something not custom. I did have a small issue with the packaging; one mug was a bit loose in the box, though it arrived unbroken. Overall, good items, but they could improve on the delivery time and make sure everything is more securely packed.
